Carried Out in Four Steps

01

Intake & Consultation

Before you leave your watch with us, we take the time to hear its symptoms and history of use. We examine its exterior together, and as a matter of principle we never push repairs it does not need.

  • Listening to symptoms & history
  • Visual inspection of the exterior
  • Guidance on handling & return
02

Precise Diagnosis

We open the case and closely examine the state of the movement. We honestly distinguish what needs attention from what does not, and provide a quote before any work begins.

  • Movement disassembly & inspection
  • Checking wear, magnetization & water resistance
  • Quote provided in advance for your approval
03

Repair & Adjustment

We work only within the scope you have approved. After cleaning, fresh lubrication, and component servicing, we adjust accuracy in stages using precision measuring equipment.

  • Disassembly, cleaning & reassembly
  • Fresh lubrication & component servicing
  • Staged timing adjustment
04

Inspection & Warranty

After inspecting accuracy and water resistance, we allow a full period of stabilization before returning the watch. We deliver it with a record of the work done and details of the warranty.

  • Accuracy & water-resistance inspection
  • Monitoring for stabilization
  • Work record & warranty details

A Note on Cost · If diagnosis reveals that additional repairs, such as parts replacement, are needed, additional charges may apply with your prior approval. (Basic Rolex overhaul from ₩400,000; extra for parts replacement.)
