A basic Rolex overhaul starts at ₩400,000. Additional charges apply when parts need replacing, and other repairs vary with the watch's condition. We provide a quote after a precise diagnosis, and never begin work without your approval.

It usually takes about a week. That said, the timeframe may extend depending on the watch's condition or the availability of parts, and we give you an estimate at intake. If you are visiting from abroad or on a tight schedule, let us know and we can arrange an expedited repair.

We are an independent repair specialist, not owned by or affiliated with any particular brand. We take a brand's official guidelines into account, but draw on fifty years of accumulated know-how to diagnose based on the watch's actual condition, and recommend only the repairs that are truly necessary.

It depends on how the watch is worn, but we generally recommend every five to six years. Regardless of the interval, if your watch stops or its accuracy noticeably worsens, it's wise to have it checked.

Yes. We provide a two-year warranty from the date of repair. Damage from external impact, water ingress, or unauthorized disassembly due to mishandling is not covered.

Yes. A stretched bracelet, a loose clasp, or a strap replacement can all be handled. Depending on its condition, a stretched bracelet is either repaired or resolved by replacing components.

It is often a case of magnetization from exposure to everyday magnetic fields, which can be resolved relatively simply by demagnetizing. If, on the other hand, your watch has stopped, the oils may have congealed or a component may be worn, so we recommend having it inspected.

If you see moisture on the inside of the crystal, bring it in as soon as possible. The longer it sits, the more the movement corrodes and the larger the repair becomes. Please avoid operating the crown repeatedly or trying to dry it with a hair dryer.

Excessive polishing can shave down the case's edges and lines and affect its value. We polish to the necessary minimum, in a way that preserves the original lines — and we won't do it at all if you'd prefer we didn't.

Walk-in consultations are welcome. To avoid busier times, however, we recommend calling ahead before you visit.
